hanami omakase

Hanami, also known as “flower viewing”, is the Japanese tradition of admiring the transient beauty of flowers. By the end of March to early May, the season of Spring is celebrated with one flower in particular, the cherry blossom (Sakura), which blooms all over Japan. People gather under the exquisite cherry blossoms to enjoy a celebration with food, drinks and companionship.

In Taiko, the chefs have used the beauty Hanami Season similarly in their menu’s. Light and delicate flavours have been combined with the best ingredients and preparation methods. All dishes are prepared by our team of chef’s by making use of the newest gastronomical techniques.
